Full of vitamin C, A, iron, fiber, protein, omega-3, and more.

Makes two 14 oz servings

Blend up the following:

1/2 cup milk of choice

2 cups water

2 cups frozen strawberries

1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds/hemp hearts

1 cups baby spinach

1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits
